On a beautiful day Radlett travelled to Headstone Lane and thought that the Thapar boys woud be playing each other. However Rishi bottled it and remained at home pretending to study!!!
Rahil won the toss, TC lost it a there was no scorer and no internet. Rahil chose to bat and whilst TC struggled with the computer Rahil sorted his order out. Some new faces for Grandpa TeeCee.
Faris and N Elson opened up and were soon racking the scoreboard along with FArs playing some beautiful drives and Nicky trying to get back into form. 50 was the score and Nicky did fall which brought in the new boy Daniel for a "Stay" at the crease. At Home as he will now be known looked very useful and scored 17 in 38 balls and brought up the 100 with Faris but fell after 100 was reached. This brough Abhijay to the crerase and he played like Abhijay can, striking the ball extremely well but Faris perished for 86 to the Harrow Murali!!

Kazmi jr went tzzo Tom Palmer who looks 5 yards quicker than last year and 6 inches taller. SHahzad and Gale took the score to 50 and Rahil, tehn got one to turn off length and bowled Shahzad and Gale in consecutive overs. Adnan guesting for the 2s produced a snorter to remove Kundi, whilst Rahil caught and bowled Chauhan and Adnan snared Madhu with a cracker. 67 for 6 and the game was over as a match. Dileep Rudraswamy and Anthony Wright batted well and Ruds was brutal to anything slightly off line.

Wright was another to fall to Adnan and Mahesh Hedge on debut for Khan well caught by Faris. Tom Palmer came back and removed Rudra with one that stayed slightly low but beat him for pace and Sakol caught Rajendram off Rahil to end the innings at 132.
A win by 115 runs is not to be sneered at.

A good win against a fabulous opposition and some good chat and beers were enjoyed by all.
