Members will already be aware of the exciting plans we have for Radlett's lower ground and the significant opportunity to improve the playing and changing facilities for YP and senior playing members.

After only a month of fundraising, the generous support of donors has allowed us to reach £15,375 towards our £60,000 target. We would like to thank the following members and friends of Radlett CC for their support towards this project - Bala Arumugam, John Bird, Mark Cox, Colin Chatfield, Alex Duffy, Nick Fielden, Andrea Fielden, Dominic Ingram, Tony Johnson, Scott Moffat, Craig Stephen-Jennings, Jeremy Stevens, Colin Warne, Stephen Williams, Claire Mitchell, Moeez Alibhai, Eleanor Gair and Olga Turetskaya.

Whilst clearly progress has been made, we have much more to do to meet our fundraising goal by September and that work is continuing apace. Phase II of this project, which involves the upgrade of the grass cricket square can only take place in September in order to give it the entire off-season to bed in.

We know this project has the support of members and that many of you are considering some kind of donation. The appeal today is to please make that donation now. Only further donations, set alongside other sources of fundraising, will allow us to seize this window of opportunity to get better facilities for the 2025 season.

Here is a reminder of the ways you can donate to the project:

1. For amounts up to £250 donate via the Pitchero App. Simply Go to the shop/donations/select one of the fixed amounts or select an individual amount if between £200 - £250. Also, please remember to tick the ‘Gift Aid’ box as this allows the club to claim a further 25% on top of your donation if you are a UK tax payer(*)
2. For amounts above £250, we recommend payment by direct bank transfer to: HSBC Account for RCC Ltd: Sort Code: 40-40-01: Account number: 32535661. This payment method avoids us paying any Pitchero transaction fee. Please also complete the gift aid form attached (*)(**)
