Radlett CC 1st XI v Hemel Hempstead on Sun 15 Aug 2010 at 1.00 p.m.
Radlett CC Won By 118 runs

Match report Radlett cruised into their seventh Herts Cup final after a record stand between Kabir Toor and Shane Burger that demolished Hemel Hempstead at Cobden Hill on Sunday.

Middlesex player Toor hit 138 and Burger an undefeated 129 in a third-wicket partnership of 242, a competition record for any wicket. These two fine all-rounders helped the score towards 300 for three off 50 overs and a 118-run victory.

Radlett became the first club to reach a seventh final and they hope to retain the trophy at Cobden Hill on Sept 5 against Bishop's Stortford. The venue has been switched from nearby Shenley Park after a double-booking.

Against Hemel, two early wickets were lost with the departure of John Barr and Fraser Crawford, but Toor and Burger simply took the visitors' attack apart with scintillating strokeplay. Hemel, from HCPL Two East, had no hope in reply and were dismissed for 182, with off-spinner Robbie Crocker taking 4-22.
