Match report Radlett won the toss on a very damp wicket at Cobden Hill and decided to let Tring Park bat.

Radlett's opening bowlers Shane Burger and Heath Paynter were deadly from word go but could not penetrate the defence of the Tring Park batsman. Runs seemed to keep flowing the harder the opening bowlers tried. Paynter was the first to strike when he had Will Jones caught at slip with the score on 32. Burger carried on bowling unchanged for 19 over's from one end and removed the dangerous Hopwood for a well played 53 with the score on 103. Burger has had the luxury of many spin options this year and turned to Paul Barker and Kabir Toor to provide a bit of magic for the home side. This they did as they bowled in tandem to remove the final 8 wickets with the score on 209. A great effort considering Tring were 103 for 1 before lunch.

The pitch was starting to dry up and Radlett must have fancied their chances as the opening pairing of Andre Sharma and Kabir Toor took the score to 73 before Sharma was caught off the bowling of Keith Dutch. Dutch then set about ruining Radlett's afternoon and continued taking wickets at regular occasions. He was joined by Morne van Vuuren (South African pro) and together they took 10 wickets between them to leave Radlett all out for a dismal 130.

Burger said after the game "It was a very disappointing performance form us after playing some very good cricket for 10 weeks. Maybe we needed a wake up call and something to get us hungry to keep winning games. We played poorly in every department of the game and Tring thoroughly deserved there victory!"
