Radlett CC U15 v Hatfield Hyde on Mon 30 Jun 2008 at 6.00 pm
Radlett CC Won by 10 wickets

Match report Radlett cruised to the semi final and finals day with a convincing and thoroughly professional display against Hatfield Hyde, in a hastily arranged Quarter Final.

Radlett won the toss and fielded and got a wicket in the first over and with some superb fielding and catching allied to some tight bowling dismissed Hatfield for 65 in the 17th over.

Aaron took 3 catches and good spells from Paras (as usual - Ailesh you must change the date of your holiday), and Rikin together with a miserly spell from Ben knocked the stuffing out of the Hatfield team

They were all out for 65, but we conceded a lot of extras and we must work on this aspect of our bowling and fielding.

Aaron and Hardain opened and the game was over in a blink of an eye as Aaron smashed 52 not out in 25 balls with a sedentary Hardain scoring 10 in 12 balls.

We now move forward and must keep up the intensity from every boy who is selected in the squad.

All support will be welcomed on Sunday at Knebworth as unfortunately Tony Cohen will not be around as he will be with the Under 13's. Tony wants us to retain the trophy and this must now be our aim.

Well done to everyone who has got us to this stage.
