Match report Radlett batted first and struggled with the great variation in bowling from Abbots Langley. Manaal Aknaney was the exception and retired on 31, but the team only reached 81 for 9 after 20 overs, 3 of which were maidens. Abbots Langley were 4 for 2 after 2 overs and it looked like a Radlett win, but AL struck back to reach 51 for 2 after 10 overs. Radlett then stepped up a gear with 2 further catches, 2 run outs and excellent bowling from Ben Lederman, who's figures were 5 for 17. But AL looked still set to win needing just 6 runs off the last 4 balls when their retired leading batsman, Metcalfe, returned to the crease. However it was not to be as he was bowled on his first ball and Abbots Langley were all out for 76.
