Match report First of all, thank you to Simeon Cohen (U12) and William Wright (U12) for stepping in at the last minute, following two late cancellations.

Kings Langley batted first and scored 77 (of which only 50 runs came off the bat) for the loss of 9 wickets. Radlett wicket takers were Rikin Shah (3 wkts), Manaal Akhani (2 wkts), Kushal Malde (2 wkts) and James Prestridge (1 wkt) and there was one run out. This is great but without the 27 extras the opposition would have scored only 50 runs! Good catches from Joshua Charles, William Wright, Tej Malde and Jonathan Armitage, and a run out by Simeon Cohen.

Radlett got the required runs with 3 overs to spare and for the loss of 5 wickets. Of the 81 runs, 78 runs came from the bat and all 7 batsmen contributed to the score with highest runs coming from Kushal Malde (14 not out) and Manaal Akhani (14). Kings Langley wicket takers were W Johnstone (2 wkts), H Sambrook (1 wkt) and A Burnell (1 wkt) and there was one run out.

This probably means that we are throught to the quarter finals which will be played during the week beginning 20 July. Well done Radlett U14s .....
