Match report A very young Radlett side, took on a spirited Wembley side. Cpt Kailash won the toss and selected to field. The bowlers did not give much away, but the fielders did, with some embarassing missfields and dropped catches, from the Wembley score of 184, 41 were extras. Pick of our bowlers was Rikin Shah, and Yasir when he found his range and stopped giving wides. During a very nice lunch, Kailash was told that Yasir might give us a strong start, and he took a chance that paid off immediatly, Yasir and Sahill Shah, scored at 10 x over, and the Wembley opening bowlers did not know what hit them, both were replaced with spin, but it was too late. By the time Sahill(22) and Yasir (47) were out
stamped, the match was out of Wembley hands, at 85 off 10 overs, the rest of the batsman just had to keep their head, and they all did exept Kailash, who once again gave his wicket away trying to rush. Hardain (29) and Tej (20) scored with ease, and it was left to Aaron (18 no) and Luca (33 no) to reach the target with 15 overs to spare. Good captancy by Kailash, but all players contributed to the win, by taking wickets / catches, bowling and scoring runs, none got TFC, and i would have to give MOM to Yasir, for his 3 wickets, and 47 runs off what it looked like 30 or less balls faced.
