Maanal Akhaney then batted soundly, finding a useful partner in Shyamal Patel until he ws run out off the last ball of the innings for 16. Akhaney also bowled an excellent opening spell, while Khalil Osman and Shyamal Patel both bowled steadily. The pacy Tom Porteous took 2 wickets. Arjun Bathia manged an excellent run out, while Aled Griffiths and George Wickham both showed sound ground fielding. Radlett looked in charge until the arrival of South of England batsman Hurst, who hit 2 massive sixes in an unbeaten 25 and saw Shenley home with one over to spare. Radlett will reflect on a few sharp chances which went down.
