Match report Radlett played a patient and positive game, in a low scoring game with an opening partnership of about 30 runs and commitment from the lower order batsmen (Naugher made 36, and together Radlett batsmen made 52 runs after the fall of the 5th wicket). Radlett kept their heads in the field, bowling 6 maidens and taking wickets with determination or as Hannah said "bottle". It was a premier performance. Exiles replied with good bowling - Lusted 4 for 23 and Hill 3 for 15. Lusted scoring the highest with the bat on 20 runs. Radlett women started the journey to Swindon with 10 players, but resourceful Verroken recruited her old school friend from Swindon (Joy Harrison) who fielded well making some useful stops and contributing to a run out to close the Exiles innings - just like the junior school rounders team!
