Match report On Sunday, Wanstead of the Essex Premier League were the visitors. Radlett batted first and Tom Jenkins made a big impression on debut with a magnificent 113 to open his Radlett account in fine style. The former Knebworth and current Hertfordshire keeper took his time to play himself in as 4 wickets tumbled early on, but found a willing accomplice in youngster Shamit Nathwani to build a decent total. Jenkins unleashed a full array of strokes during his innings before falling in the final over of the allocatted 45, and steering his side to a competitive total of 192-9.

A somewhat inexperienced bowling attack struggled to contain the Wanstead top order who cruised to 70-1 off 12 overs. Rob Crocker turned in an economical spell to back up his effort the previous day and put a brake on the chase, but the Essex outfit eventually got home in the penultimate over for the loss of 6 wickets.
