Match report Radlett’s draw with Henley ensured the Cobden Hill Side remained in third place in the league but with Slough recording a victory the distance between second & third widened considerably.

Without the dangerous Kervin Mark & Oz Edwards the bulk of Radlett’s bowling fell upon Stuart Browne who bowled 33 overs unchanged and finished with credible figures of 4 – 86. Gary Burchett’s season debut showed the quality of back up bowling in the second side as he finished with 3 wickets for 77 runs. However Henley managed a daunting 243 – 8 from their allotted 66 overs.

In reply Nick Hampton with 29, Stephen Lowe 24 and Haydn Smith 33 all at one stage threatened to lead a run charge for Radlett but with Waqar Ahmed in fine form for the visitors Radlett could only manage 163 for the loss of 8 wickets
