Match report First match of the season against a very strong side. After 12 overs with them batting at 69 - 6 , we had a chance, but unfortunately for us they had one more quality batter who scored an excellent 53. Chasing 134 was always going to be difficult, made more so by the needless runout of Samay.
The positives of the match were - Samay and Alex for their bowling, and Samay for his batting, and the general enthusiasm of the boys in the field.
Things to work on - catching, & bowling dot balls. We made it too easy for them by bowling 4 decent balls and 2 very poor balls each over.
