Match report Holders Hertford were knocked out of this years competition on Sunday asRadlett went to Balls Park and were comprehensive winners. Stand in skipper Steve Lowe won the toss and his batsmen made full use of his decision to take first strike by racking up 255-8 in 50 overs, Lowe himself making 46, whilst Hayden Smith top scored with an aggressive 77. Brenden Hutchings (35) and Shane Burger (31) both made useful contributions in a very solid overall batting display.

In reply, Hertford were soon in trouble against the regular opening attack of Burger and Browne, and were quickly 3 wickets down and behind the required run rate. Browne bowled his 10 over allocation through to finish with 2-29, upon which Hayden Smith took over and ran through the middle order to claim 4-20 in a man of the match all round display. Burger returned to finish with 3-15 off his 10 overs, as Hertford could only manage a paltry 104.

Radlett will face Bishops Stortford, suprise winners over Welwyn Garden City, in the quarter final at home on July 30th
