Radlett batted first & after Matt Soffair was run out for 16, Neel Malde (46) & Jake Jones (15) had a good partnership, followed by Morgan Stanley(33). However our customary batting collapse saw us at 69-4 in the 5th over. A good partnership between Neel & Morgan saw us reach 146 until Neel was run out in the 10th over. Morgan was then out with 10 balls to spare which proved crucial in the end.
We bowled reasonably though with too many wides & Morgan took an early wicket. Parag Shah showed good pace & Mat Soffair had the batsmen struggling taking 2 for 28 n his 3 overs.
With 26 needed of the last over we looked favourites to win but a couple of wides 7 thereby extra balls meant we lost by one run off h final ball.
Disappointing as we were on top for most of the Dunstable innings
