Radlett CC Won by 45 runs

Match report Ickenham won the toss and elected to field first. Although they are relatively new to the league they were not to be underestimated. Willows opened their innings with Emily Grist and Kanchana Morris who put on 45 runs for the loss of only 2 wickets. The next four overs were by Adrienne McRae and Anya Vadgama –they added 38 runs and lost no wickets. The final pair were Harriet Stone and Cat Gale who took the total to 183.

We used all our 5 bowlers and varied the attack. This certainly worked as the opposition struggled to make the runs – ending with only 138 runs. Well done girls – a really enjoyable game today!
