Match report We won the toss and elected to field. We used all our 5 bowlers and varied the attack. This certainly worked as the opposition struggled to make the runs – ending with only 163 runs.

Willows opened their innings with Louise Verroken-Jones and Kanchana Morris who put on 43 runs for the loss of only 1 wicket. The next four overs were by Adrienne McRae and Anya Vadagama – although they batted very well they lost 3 wickets. The final pair were Michele Verroken and Harriet Stone – they went in at 150 runs and knew that there was a lot to do even through we only needed 14 runs. Both were calm and level headed and worked together brilliantly. This forced some errors from the opposition and we secured a win!! Well done girls – team work really saw us through today!
