The 2012 Radlett Cricket Club Elite Academy for Winter 2011/12 has been a huge success. 45 players aged from Under 10 to Under 15 have been through a strategic plan of coaching over 8 weeks - 44 direct contact hours of coaching.
Our links with the County coaching staff continues to be strengthened and the aim of the programme is to nurture talent not only for Radlett but also for the County, whether that be Herts or even Middlesex.
The discipline specific coaching has seen some real progress from the players who have attended.
The fast bowlers found the printed video analysis provided extremely useful and a fantastic way to enable them to check on progress later in the year, especially with regards to technical issues.
