We are proud of our reputation as a family-orientated, sociable club -- a beating heart in the local community. If you are keen to support Radlett Cricket Club, why not become a Social Member and be part of the Radlett Cricket Family. Cricket is non-stop during the summer with Radlett teams playing in the region of 300 matches. Plus, with our pavilion refurbishment and extension now in place we are open to members all year round for many and varied social activities and events.
Mens Teams - five Saturday league sides and two Sunday league sides - compete in the major cup competitions - winners of the London Evening Standard Challenge Trophy at The Oval in 2003 - and with it the biggest prize in English club cricket at the time - £5,000.
Young Players - well over 200 - age 6 to 15 (including a growing number of girls) on our lists - County Champions in several age groups. Coaching and matches from April to July - run by a band of volunteer parents and supported by our highly qualified team of cricket coaches.
Women's Cricket - competing in the Southern League Championship, North London League Divison A, and other competitions throughout the year - we have a growing band of experienced players supplemented by players moving up from the girls teams. You don't have to have played before in order to join Radlett Women's Cricket - full coaching and support is available. Just turn up and introduce yourself.
Location - on the north-western fringes of London - only 15 miles from Marble Arch - less than 30 minutes on the Thameslink train line from central London - yet in the Hertfordshire countryside.

Teas with reputation - our large band of ladies produce some of the finest in the county - but we do need more volunteers. We have an extensive kitchen facility and the ladies also provide lunches for 1st XI and midweek matches.
Facilities at Cobden Hill - magnificent cedarwood balconied pavilion overlooking a top-class pitch and electronic scorebox which attracts county and touring sides. A second pitch sits adjacent to the main ground with it's own changing rooms and scorebox. We have some of the newest outdoor nets in the county. We hosted the 1993 Australians in a one-day match - Shane Warne's first match for Australia on English soil. CLICK HERE for more on our training facilities.
You can hire our facilities for just about any function you care to mention. Arrange that special cricket match or corporate cricket match - have your daughter's 18th party in our friendly pavilion and bar with full catering facilites - why not a celebration lunch for your parent's golden wedding anniversary - or even run a corporate training session or a new product launch in our unique environment. With our proximity to London, good rail links, only a few miles from the M1 and the M25, we have not only an ideal facility but also an ideal location.
Radlett won the Hertfordshire League five times from 1989 before becoming a founder member of the Home Counties Premier Cricket League in 2000. After relegation from Division 1 following 5 seasons at the top, we spent two seasons in Division Two East and returned to the top flight in 2007. The Home Counties Premier league is now sponsored by sports firm Serious Cricket and the Hertfordshire league by Saracens.
Our most eminent 1st Class players - Douglas Jardine, Donald and John Carr, Richard Hutton, Doug Yeabsley and Dave Houghton - they've all played for Radlett as amateurs.
We are always looking to provide cricket for more players - men, ladies, young players (boys and girls) - everyone is guaranteed a warm welcome. And don't forget, you can also join as a social member - come and join the serious, the fun and the family atmosphere that is - Radlett Cricket.
