Our Pavilion is available to hire for sports, business and social events. All types of parties and events can be accommodated. With a delightful rural view, yet within 15 miles of central London, our facilities offer a fine setting for that special occasion or special business conference.

Excellent facilities

The pavilion, completely and sympathetically modernised in 2012, has up-to-date facilities including:
  • audio visual facilities
  • licensed bar
  • large, professional standard kitchen
  • large club lounge which can accommodate up to 100 seated or 150 in party format
  • two additional meeting rooms which can be hired on their own
  • ample space in front of the pavilion, on our well-tended outfield, for recreational use  and for children's or social parties.

A flexible party venue

The pavilion is also ideally suited for parties and is equipped to handle all occasions. Our sound system is user-friendly and helps to create a no-fuss party area. The Club can provide full service or hot and cold buffet catering or even a BBQ or Hog Roast to suit all occasions and all tastes.

Included in your hire fee will be bar staff. The Club has a bar license for functions up to 2:30am on Fridays and Saturdays as well as live and recorded music licenses and a film license, making it suitable for everything from a race night to a quiz night or an awards evening. The adjacent car park has space for over 100 cars.

Our vaulted, cedar-wood pavilion is an excellent choice if you want to host a business meeting or conference in the countryside, yet only a stones throw from Central London.

We can offer a professional setting, with space for up to 100 delegates in our club lounge area, which benefits from expansive natural daylight and is modern and suitably equipped. Also available are audio-visual equipment, flip charts, stationery, internet access and refreshments.

Board meetings, conferences or even one-to-one interviews - our facilities can be arranged in a variety of layout styles to suit your needs. Also available are two adjacent meeting rooms each of which can accommodate up to 12 delegates.

Our affordable meetings packages can be tailor-made to suit your business needs, from day long conferences to morning or evening presentations. On hand, of course, are our expansive cricket grounds for that breath of fresh air and space to think.
